While rumors revolving around Apple’s upcoming “iPhone 5S” are at their peak these days, one rumor hailing from Mac Otakara Blog notes that the alleged low-cost variant of the iPhone 5 will be made available in multiple body color options.
Citing one of is trusted sources, the report indicates that the upcoming “iPhone 5S” will be made available in eight different body colors, doing away with Apple’s standard black and white body color options for the iPhone line.
At its core, the rumor echoes previous rumors involving the body color variants of the “iPhone 5S”, which had previously been rumored to come in slate, silver, purple, green, blue, yellow and pink hues – the same color/hue-variations available in the iPod Nano line.
Mac Otakara Blog’s report essentially brings the same color treatment availability in the alleged upcoming release of the “iPhone 5S”.
With different analysts convinced that Apple is set on launching a mid-range, entry level iPhone version this year, the alleged rumor in body color variants for the iPhone line doesn’t exactly come as strange, considering that an entry-level product isn’t exactly something which Apple is known for.
However, given the fact that Apple’s competitors have grown a huge following in the development and release of entry level products, the idea of an entry level Apple-branded device can’t be assumed to be an impossibility for the Cupertino-based brand to pull.
Should the “iPhone 5S” actually roll out in multiple body color options, which color would you get?
