While it is true that industry watchguards, media outfits and mobile aficionados are looking forward to March 14 – the day Samsung unveils its newest Galaxy S4 handset – the “leaks and rumors” revolving around the “iPhone 5S” hasn’t shown any signs of waning, with a featured entry in MacOtakara blog being one of the most recent.
According to the blog, Foxconn, one of the Apple’s preferred toll manufacturers for its products’ components, is currently working on the upcoming “iPhone 5S”, which is said to be based on the manufacturing and production standards of the iPhone 5.
Being an “S” model, the “iPhone 5S” is not expected to sport a thorough design shift from the iPhone 5.
With the entry noting that the said unit will be bearing similar design standards with the current iPhone 5, it is said that the company isn’t experiencing any problems in manufacturing both models within their production facilities’ capacities and capabilities.
Apart from the reported production of the “iPhone 5”, the report also talks about how NTT DoCoMo has been reducing its orders for Android-driven handsets. The move is alleged to be in preparation for the mobile carrier company’s intent in releasing iPhone handsets by fall this year.
Based on various “leaks and rumors” pieces, an iPhone variant is apparently on the works, rumored to be released by summer 2013, by June by August.
Given that the iPhone has been phenomenal in revolutionizing the way smartphones are today, the attentions given to it continues to be quite active, even with the upcoming scheduled release of Samsung’s Galaxy S4.
